The posting

EDR Antwerp Shipyard is de grootste scheepswerf van België, gespecialiseerd in scheepsonderhoud en -herstellingen, rompbehandeling en maritieme constructies. Onze uitdagende activiteiten vragen om bekwame en gemotiveerde medewerkers. Jaarlijks worden meer dan 150 schepen onderhouden en hersteld op onze werf in Antwerpen, terwijl projecten wereldwijd aan boord van schepen worden uitgevoerd.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, versterken we ons finance team door boekhoudkundige activiteiten, btw-verplichtingen en factuurcontrole intern te beheren. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Medewerker Boekhouding met een sterke operationele mindset en een grondige kennis van de Belgische boekhoudwetgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Correct en tijdig opstellen en versturen van uitgaande klantenfacturen.
  • Controleren, valideren en verwerken van inkomende leveranciersfacturen via het factuurgoedkeuringsplatform.
  • Matchen van leveranciersfacturen met aankooporders, leveringsbonnen en projectinformatie.
  • Opvolgen van projectmanagers om ontbrekende of inconsistente gegevens met betrekking tot aankooporders, leveringen of projecten op te lossen.
  • Ondersteunen van accounts payable- en accounts receivable-processen, waaronder leveranciersvragen, opvolging van openstaande klantensaldi en behandeling van factuurgeschillen.
  • Voorbereiden, indienen en opvolgen van Belgische btw-aangiften conform de wettelijke vereisten.
  • Opstellen van betalingsvoorstellen en aanleveren van input voor cashflowplanning ter goedkeuring door bevoegde ondertekenaars.
  • Professioneel beheren van betalingsherinneringen van leveranciers en onderhouden van sterke leveranciersrelaties.
  • Ondersteunen van maand- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief reconciliaties, voorzieningen, afgrenzingen van kosten en opbrengsten, auditondersteuning en documentatie voor de jaarrekening.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verbetering van facturatieprocessen, ERP-datakwaliteit en interne financiële controles.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, financiën of economie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Professionele communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting of financiële administratie in België.
  • Grondige kennis van Belgian GAAP en de Belgische boekhoudregels.
  • Aantoonbare praktijkervaring met leveranciersboekhouding, klantenboekhouding, klantenfacturatie, Belgische btw en verwerking van leveranciersfacturen.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online en digitale workflows voor factuurgoedkeuring.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office; ervaring met Power BI of Microsoft Power Platform is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en controlegericht, met het vermogen zelfstandig te werken.
  • Voelt zich thuis in een praktische, operationele en projectgedreven omgeving.
  • Je bent iemand die graag op kantoor werkt (thuiswerk is niet mogelijk).
