Zo zoeken we een senior medewerker financiële administratie De functie van senior medewerker financiële administratie is een nieuwe functie binnen de afdeling bedrijfsvoering. Een mooie kans om samen een bijdrage te leveren aan de doorontwikkeling van het team finance & control. Wat ga je doen?JeJe beheert samen met je collega's van finance & control de financiële administratie van Zeeuwland. Samen met de andere senior medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende administraties: salarisadministratie, leningenadministratie en de activa-administratie.Daarnaast verzorgen jullie de interne controles voor de periodeafsluitingen. Ook ben je met de andere senior medewerker verantwoordelijk voor de jaarlijkse afrekening van de stook- en servicekosten en het financieel-administratief beheer van de verzekerings- en VvE-portefeuille.Je voert ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden uit voor jaarrekening, managementrapportages en jaarlijkse huurverhoging. Bij Zeeuwland doen we het graag iedere dag een beetje beter. De focus voor de afdeling ligt op digitalisering en automatisering. Zie je kansen om werkprocessen te verbeteren? Dat juichen we alleen maar toe. Een kernpunt van de functie is dan ook dat je aan de slag gaat met het doorvoeren van verbeteringen in het ERP-gebied op het gebied van de financieel-administratieve processen. Je vindt het leuk om jezelf te bekwamen in Power BI, robotisering en het kerngebruikerschap van enkele onderdelen van ons ERP-systeem Tobias365 en het salarispakket AFAS. Samenwerken is hierbij belangrijk. Niet alleen met de collega's van finance & control, maar ook die van andere afdelingen en de samenwerkende corporaties in BWZ-verband. Je stemt je werk af met collega's, waardoor jullie efficiënt en kwalitatief werken en indien nodig elkaar kunnen ...
