Werkgebied Amsterdam Aantal uur 32 uur per week Salaris € 3.252 - € 4.671 Op basis van 40 uur Denkniveau HBO Jouw rol Als Senior Medewerker Klantenservice combineer je het dagelijkse klantcontact met een coördinerende en coachende rol binnen het team. Je werkt actief mee, houdt overzicht, helpt bij het stellen van prioriteiten en bewaakt samen met de Teamleider Klantenservice de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Klantenservice is een belangrijke spil binnen PC Uitvaart. Wij zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nabestaanden, uitvaartondernemers, collega's en andere betrokkenen. Juist op momenten waarop veel geregeld moet worden, zorgen wij voor rust, duidelijkheid en de juiste informatie. Je ziet wat er nodig is, brengt structuur aan en signaleert waar onze dienstverlening of werkwijze beter kan. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleider Klantenservice. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt een afwisselende functie waarin klantcontact, coördinatie en coaching samenkomen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en helpen stellen van prioriteiten; - het ondersteunen, motiveren en stimuleren van collega's; - het bewaken van de kwaliteit en tijdige afhandeling van werkzaamheden; - het monitoren van gesprekken en geven van feedback; - het bijdragen aan roosters en de bewaking van uren; - het leveren van input over het functioneren en de ontwikkeling van collega's; - het werken met rapportages en KPI's en signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden; - het waar nodig aansluiten bij sollicitatiegesprekken. Bij afwezigheid van de Teamleider bewaak je de voortgang van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en ben je het eerste operationele aanspreekpunt binnen het ...
