Dat vind je als Senior Medewerker Logistiek bij ons! Als Senior Medewerker Logistiek ben jij de belangrijkste tussenschakel tussen de operatie op de werkvloer en de teamleiders. Het warehouse levert dagelijks goederen direct naar de klant via de webshop, maar ook naar meer dan 40 winkels. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse sturing van de diverse logistieke processen. Dit kan zijn van het verzendt klaarmaken van goederen tot aan het verwerken van retouren. Jij signaleert knelpunten, stuurt op de dagelijkse productienormen en draagt bij waar nodig. Doordat je zelf meewerkt in de operatie en 10 medewerkers begeleidt ben je van alles wat er speelt op de vloer op de hoogte, neem je initiatief waar nodig en kun je snel flexibel inspelen op veranderende processen. Wat je gaat doen: - Je overziet de verschillende processen van A tot Z - Verdeelt de taken onder medewerkers die op dienst ingepland staat - Motiveert medewerkers om de doelstellingen te behalen - Helpt en controleert de werkzaamhed...
