Als Senior Medewerker Operations ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het logistieke proces. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operatie, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en helpt collega's om het beste resultaat te behalen. Je werkt samen met medewerkers van inbound, outbound en sortering en zorgt ervoor dat pakketstromen soepel blijven verlopen.

Je krijgt energie van het oplossen van uitdagingen op de werkvloer. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer een pakketstroom vertraging oploopt of wanneer collega's ondersteuning nodig hebben tijdens drukke momenten. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt voor een snelle oplossing. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van operationele collega's. • Controleren van pakketstromen, kwaliteit en productiviteit. • Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in processen. • Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers. • Ondersteunen van de teamleider en het uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden.Je werkt in een hecht team van logistiek medewerkers, senior medewerkers en teamleiders. De sfeer is betrokken, praktisch en gericht op samenwerken. Iedereen helpt elkaar om de dagelijkse doelen te behalen.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren logistiek medewerker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en collega's ondersteunt op de werkvloer. Belangrijk voor deze functie:

• Minimaal vmbo-GL/TL/LBO werk- en denkniveau. • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen logistiek, magazijnwerk of operationele processen. • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. Nederlands is een pré. • Ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega's. • Bereidheid om te werken in wisselende diensten binnen een 24/7 oper
