- CS ® Composiet Werken bij Composite Structures B.V. Wij zijn op zoek naar een senior medewerker vacuüminjectie die het team van Composite Structures komt versterken. Jouw functie In de rol van senior medewerker vacuüminjectie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen van bruggen van glasvezelmatten en schuimblokken, waarbij je jouw expertise in polyester en injecteertechnieken inzet. Je werkt aan projecten van indrukwekkende afmetingen, zoals bruggen tot wel 40 meter lang! Jij zorgt ervoor dat de brug volledig wordt opgebouwd volgens de juiste specificaties en dat deze nauwkeurig wordt ingepakt met vacuümfolie, waarna het vacuümproces begint. Met jouw ruime ervaring in het injecteren van polyesterhars, stuur je het injectieproces aan met behulp van pompen. Zodra de brug is uitgehard, wordt deze weggehesen en zorg jij voor een soepele overdracht aan het afwerkingsteam, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het schuren, coaten en monteren van leuningen. Daarnaast begeleid je een team van junior medewerkers en draag je jouw expertise over, zodat zij op termijn het proces zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het opleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega's, en zorgt ervoor dat zij veilig en efficiënt werken volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Jouw profiel - Je zet je in om een kwalitatief en mooi eindproduct af te leveren. - Je hebt uitstekend technisch inzicht en kunt werken aan de hand van een tekening. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar ook in een team. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt anderen begeleiden. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met vacuüminjectie en (polyester) productie. - Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA certificaat of je staat er voor open om deze te behalen.
