Was für uns zählt * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb von Messaging-Umgebungen. * Wir erwarten fundierte Kenntnisse in Enterprise-Mail-Architekturen (z. B. M365, Hybrid-Umgebungen) und in E-Mail Security Produkten (bsp. der Firmen Proofpoint und Microsoft). * Sehr hilfreich sind die Programmierkenntnisse und Erfahrung in Automatisierung (z. B. mit PowerShell) sowie Verständnis für IT-Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen. * Du hast bereits Projekt- und Umsetzungskompetenz und fühlst dich wohl technische Themen voranzutreiben und perspektivisch fachliche & organisatorische Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen. * Analytisches Denkvermögen, klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck souverän zu agieren, gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken. * Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen in der Administration von HCL Domino Infrastruktur mit. * Wir erwarten ebenfalls gehobene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens jeweils C1-Niveau) sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich:

* Du trägst die technische Verantwortung für Architektur, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Messaging- und Collaboration-Plattformen. * Du bist zuständig für Konzeption, Design und Implementierung von sicheren, hochverfügbaren und performanten E-Mail-Infrastrukturlösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen. * Du leitest diverse Projekte (z. B. Migrationen, Modernisierung, Cloud-Integration) und stimmst diese mit internen und externen Stakeholdern ab. * Du unterstützt das Team bei der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Betriebs- und Monitoring-Prozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Servicequalität. * Zu weiteren Aufgaben gehören die Koordination der technischen Aktivitäten im Team, Wissenstransfer sowie Repräsentation des Themenbereichs gegenüber Management und Fachbereichen.
