Senior MidOffice Hypotheken ⌖ Amersfoort Opleiding HBO Hypotheken senior €3.447 - €5.641 p/m Ben jij een ervaren Senior MidOffice professional met minimaal drie jaar ervaring als Senior Acceptant Hypotheken en affiniteit met procesverbetering en coördinatie? Dan is deze uitdagende rol bij een financiële instelling in Amersfoort perfect voor jou. Over de functie Als Senior Medewerker Mid Office bij een toonaangevende financiële instelling ben je dé schakel in het hypotheekacceptatieproces. Je werkt binnen een team van circa 100 collega's en bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten, optimaliseren en borgen van opleidingsprocessen en werkafspraken. Je taken omvatten onder meer het maken en analyseren van rapportages en dashboards, het coördineren van beveiligingsincidenten en het afhandelen van complexe verzoeken, problemen en klachten. Daarnaast voer je administratieve taken uit, zoals het beheren van planningen, verlofregistratie, urencontrole en het beheer van de senioren- en klantmailbox. - Je participeert in projecten en werkgroepen om processen te verbeteren en nieuwe ontwikkelingen te implementeren. - Je analyseert bestaande processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen, met een focus op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. - Je coördineert de ontvangst, begeleiding en opleiding van nieuwe collega's en zorgt voor uniforme werkafspraken. - Je hebt een voorbeeldfunctie binnen het team en signaleert ontwikkelingen op de hypotheekmarkt om deze te delen met collega's. - de opdrachtgever biedt de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken.
