Als Senior Monteur / Eindcontroleur Voertuigmodificatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van complexe aanpassingen aan vrachtwagens en het uitvoeren van de volledige eindcontrole voordat voertuigen worden afgeleverd. Je voert technische inspecties uit, test voertuigen op functionaliteit en veiligheid, en zorgt ervoor dat alle systemen optimaal werken. Je begeleidt collega-monteurs, deelt je kennis en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het werkproces en zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Bekend met werken volgens procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden - Coachende vaardigheden en bereidheid om collega's te ondersteunen - Kwaliteitsgericht en veiligheidsbewust - In het bezit van rijbewijs B en C - Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles, eindinspecties of PDI-werkzaamheden - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis van technisch Engels - Zelfstandig en samenwerkingsgericht - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor een perfecte aflevering - Kennis van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische systemen - Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail - MBO niveau 3 of 4 in een technische richting, zoals Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of Autotechniek - In staat om technische tekeningen en schema's te lezen en te interpreteren - Ruime ervaring in voertuigtechniek, assemblage of truckmodificatie Functieoverzicht .
