Wil jij als Senior .NET Developer bouwen aan hoogwaardige softwareoplossingen bij vooruitstrevende organisaties, zónder te verdrinken in een klassieke consultancyfabriek?

Voor een gespecialiseerde tech-boutique in de regio Antwerpen, opgericht dóór en vóór software ontwikkelaars, zijn wij bij LGA IT op zoek naar een Senior .NET Developer. Onze partner focust op het naar een hoger niveau tillen van de softwarematuriteit bij ambitieuze organisaties. Ze combineren diepgaande technische expertise met een hechte, mensgerichte cultuur en een pragmatische aanpak.

In deze rol krijg je de autonomie om architecturale keuzes te maken, complexe migraties naar cloud-native structuren te leiden en eventueel door te groeien naar een Tech Lead positie.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Architectuur & Impact: Je ontwerpt en bouwt schaalbare, cloud-native applicaties en begeleidt de transitie van bestaande .NET-omgevingen naar moderne architecturen.
  • Kwaliteit & Code: Je hanteert de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden op het vlak van Clean Architecture, DDD, Microservices en Automated Testing.
  • Coaching & Kennisdeling: Je fungeert als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor je teamgenoten en de klant, deelt proactief kennis en helpt collega's te groeien.
  • Strategie & Innovatie: Je verkent nieuwste technologieën (zoals AI-integraties binnen software engineering) en vertaalt business noden naar duurzame IT-oplossingen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring: Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in .NET software development. (Ambitieuze seniors met de ambitie om op termijn de stap te zetten naar Tech Lead zijn uitdrukkelijk welkom!).
  • Tech Stack: Uitstekende kennis van .NET (C#), Azure, SQL Server, Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps) en Automated Testing (Unit & Integration).
  • Architecturaal inzicht: Ervaring met DDD, Microservices, Clean Architecture en messaging-systemen (RabbitMQ, NServiceBus).
  • Frontend Affinity: Feeling met moderne frontend-technologieën zoals React, Angular of Blazor.
  • Soft Skills: Een Agile mindset (Scrum/Kanban), communicatief sterk, ownership en vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
