Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van betrouwbare ICT-diensten in een snel veranderende digitale wereld. Dit maakt jouw werk zowel impactvol als innovatief. Achtergrond opdracht: De opdracht vindt plaats binnen een organisatie die ICT-diensten levert aan meerdere ministeries en overheidsinstanties. Deze organisatie is ontstaan uit de bundeling van verschillende ICT-werkplekdiensten en is uitgegroeid tot een centrale ICT-dienstverlener voor het Rijk. De business unit IT Infrastructuur Services levert technische services voor standaard- en maatwerkdienstverlening, waarbij het netwerkbeheer een belangrijke rol speelt in het ondersteunen van een veilige en flexibele ICT-infrastructuur. Taakomschrijving: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de wijziging van netwerkplatformen zoals proxyservers, loadbalancers, DNS en andere netwerkcomponenten binnen een multi-tenant datacenteromgeving. Dit omvat onder meer het aanmaken en aanpassen van loadbalancer VIP's, DNS-records en proxyregels. Daarnaast voer je standaard operationele taken uit zoals het controleren van backups, automatiseren van werkzaamheden, monitoring en het oplossen van 3e lijns incidenten. Je werkt mee in project-, lever- en problemsolvingteams en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de teamstrategie en processen. De eisen zijn knock-outcriteria.
