Als senior netwerkspecialist werk je aan een veilige, stabiele en toekomstbestendige ICT-omgeving. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het voorbereiden, coördineren en uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen de netwerk- en security-infrastructuur. Samen met je team stel je plannen van aanpak op, lever je input voor de voorbereiding en voer je wijzigingen door waar nodig. Ook behandel je incidenten, doe je analyse en onderzoek, en begeleid je installaties van netwerkapparatuur, vooral op afstand en in samenwerking met lokale ondersteuning en leveranciers. In voorkomende gevallen ben je zelf op locatie aanwezig. In deze seniorrol neem je ook actief deel aan multidisciplinaire projecten binnen de ICT-infrastructuur en draag je bij aan onze Agile werkwijze. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van standaardisatie, documentatie en life cycle management. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterpunten en kom je met verbetervoorstellen die bijdragen aan een sterkere en beter beheersbare ICT-omgeving. Met jouw ervaring coach, adviseer en ondersteun je netwerkbeheerders en help je mee om functionele wensen te vertalen naar technische oplossingen. Omdat onze ICT-diensten 24/7 beschikbaar moeten zijn, is flexibiliteit belangrijk. Je draait mee in consignatiediensten en kunt buiten kantoortijden worden ingezet bij incidenten of changes met grote impact. Naast deze algemene invulling van de rol specialiseer je ook op één van de volgende kennisgebieden: - Routing & Switching in Enterprise-omgevingen, o.a.: - ACI - MPLS/Segment routing - Security Engineering en specifiek op één van de volgende gebieden: - LoadBalancing, - Next generation Firewalling, - DDI (DNS, DHCP, ...
