  • Analyse monitoring alerts and network events and take appropriate operational action.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across enterprise, campus and data centre network environments.
  • Support operational changes, maintenance activities, upgrades and configuration updates.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs and network service performance.
  • Prepare and contribute to technical and operational reports.
  • Maintain network configurations, backups, compliance and device provisioning processes.
  • Support routing, switching, wireless, VPN, firewall and network security environments.
  • Contribute to network automation and operational efficiency using automation tools where applicable.
  • Maintain technical and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, NOC/SOC and other technical teams.
  • Participate in operational activities required to ensure the availability, reliability and security of critical network services.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Operations professional with a strong hands-on background in enterprise networking, network security and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has experience operating complex, business-critical network environments and is comfortable handling high-impact incidents, technical changes, performance issues and security-related network problems.

You should have:

  • Strong experience in network operations and production support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with formal incident, problem and change management processes.
  • Experience with network vulnerability management and remediation.
  • Experience with fault, availability and performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with operational KPIs, SLAs and technical reporting.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
