Wir suchen für unseren Kunden eine:n erfahrene:n Senior Netzwerk Engineer:in (Infrastruktur) zur Unterstützung eines sicherheitskritischen IT-Umfelds sowie zur Weiterentwicklung einer hochverfügbaren Netzwerk- und Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur im öffentlichen Sektor. 1 Senior Netzwerk Engineer:in - Infrastruktur (m/w/x) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Infrastruktur- und Netzwerksystemen

* Monitoring, Fehleranalyse sowie Wartung der bestehenden Infrastruktur

* Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen, Risikoanalysen und technischen Reports

* Steuerung und Überwachung zentraler und dezentraler Infrastruktur- und Netzwerkkomponenten

* Unterstützung und fachliche Beratung von Teammitgliedern bei technischen und prozessbezogenen Fragestellungen

* Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Infrastruktur-Monitorings sowie Weiterentwicklung der Monitoring-Strategie

* Entwicklung und Integration kleiner Automatisierungs- und Test-Tools mittels Scripting zur Optimierung des Betriebs

* Evaluierung, Prüfung und Vorbereitung des Einsatzes neuer Netzwerk-Technologien

* Unterstützung beim Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung einer österreichweiten Netzwerkinfrastruktur

* Konfiguration, Überwachung und Troubleshooting von Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Router, Firewalls, WAN-Verbindungen etc.)

Ihr Profil:

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und relevanten Protokollen (z. B. SSH, TFTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, HSRP, BGP, OSPF)

* Erfahrung im Betrieb von LAN- und SAN-Infrastrukturen in Rechenzentrumsumgebungen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security

* Erfahrung in der Administration und im Betrieb von Linux-basierten Systemen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Cisco-Technologien (z. B. Cisco IOS, ACI, ISE)

* Erfahrung mit Automatisierungslösungen und Konfigurationsmanagement (z. B. Ansible)

* Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skriptsprache (z. B. Python, Bash oder Perl)

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

* Teamfähigkeit und professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
