Mit Herz, Hirn & Handschlag betreuen w... 1 Senior Netzwerktechniker_in & IT-Security-Spezialist_in (m/w/d) Was dich erwartet: * Du planst, betreust und optimierst Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen bei unseren Kund_innen, von der kleinen Gemeindeverwaltung bis zum mittelständischen Betrieb. * Du arbeitest mit Firewall-Lösungen wie FortiGate und Barracuda sowie weiteren Security-Tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, Monitoring) und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in unsere Weiterentwicklung ein. * Du berätst unsere Kund_innen verständlich zu Sicherheitsthemen. Oft ist noch echte Aufklärungsarbeit nötig, und genau dafür brauchen wir jemanden, der komplexe Dinge einfach erklären kann. * Perspektivisch übernimmst du Verantwortung für Projekte oder ein kleines Team, nicht ab Tag eins, aber als klares Ziel. Echtes Interesse an Führung solltest du daher mitbringen. * Du gibst dein Wissen an unsere Lehrlinge und Kolleg_innen weiter.

Das bringst du mit: * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Netzwerk- und/oder Security-Umfeld. Das ist keine Einstiegsposition. * Solides, herstellerunabhängiges Netzwerkverständnis: Routing/Switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VPN. Die Grundlagen sitzen, Herstellerspezifisches lässt sich lernen. * Verständnis für Firewall-Policy-Logik, Netzwerksegmentierung und Multi-Tenant-Konzepte (z. B. VDOMs). Erfahrung mit FortiGate/Barracuda konkret ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss: Wer die Grundlagen kann, lernt sich bei uns rasch ein. * Eigenverantwortung ist uns wichtig: Du siehst die Arbeit, die da ist, und packst aktiv zu, statt auf Anweisung zu warten. Wenn die Hotline übergeht, bist du dir auch nicht zu schade, den Hörer abzunehmen oder ab und zu im 1st-Level-Support auszuhelfen. * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du kannst technische Sachverhalte auch Menschen erklären, die keine IT-Profis sind. * Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative: Du bringst gerne Vorschläge zu neuen Tools oder Weiterentwicklungen ein. Wir sind offen für Innovation und fachlichen Input. * Dokumentationsdisziplin, wichtig für uns und unsere Kund_innen.

Von Vorteil (kein Muss): * Security-Zertifizierung wie CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, CISSP, CISM oder vergleichbar. * Erfahrung in der Anleitung/Ausbildung von Lehrlingen oder Junior-Kolleg_innen. * Erste Erfahrung in einer fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führungsrolle.

Was du bei uns nicht brauchst: * Ein abgeschlossenes Studium. Wichtiger sind uns Leidenschaft für die Tätigkeit, echter Arbeitswille und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft, denn in der IT lernt man nie aus. * Ein Anschreiben nach Schema F für die Bewerbung (mehr dazu weiter unten).

Gehalt: Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt anzugeben: EUR 3.267,00. Je nach Berufserfahrung und Vordienstzeiten ist eine Überzahlung selbstverständlich.
