Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juridische kwaliteit binnen het fysieke domein en zorgt voor de juiste toepassing en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Complexe vraagstukken geven jou energie: met jouw analytisch vermogen en oplossingsgerichtheid weet je deze helder te doorgronden. Daarnaast geef je praktische, duidelijke adviezen en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Het bieden van juridische ondersteuning bij ruimtelijke procedures. - Het vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in bezwaar- en beroepszaken. - Het verder vormgeven en implementeren van de Omgevingswet en aanverwante regelgeving. Jouw profiel Belangrijke eigenschappen en competenties: - Kijkt naar de bedoeling achter regelgeving en zoekt praktische oplossingen. - Werkt rekening houdend met alle belangen binnen het fysieke domein. - Verantwoordelijk voor juridische kwaliteit en correcte toepassing en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. - Analytisch vermogen en oplossingsgerichtheid bij complexe vraagstukken. - Geeft praktische, duidelijke adviezen en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van dienstverlening.
