Het systematisch en gedegen in kaart brengen van de (oorzaken en gevolgen van de) complexe uitdagingen waar onze klanten voorstaan, is immers een belangrijke voorwaarde om goed te kunnen adviseren. Daarbij hebben wij een sterke focus op onderzoek waar het gaat om het in kaart brengen van het van klantperspectief. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan: - jeugdhulp; - monitoring van bijvoorbeeld de effecten van nieuw beleid; - de evaluatie en effectmeting van instrumenten die ingezet worden door de overheid. Bij de uitvoering van onze onderzoeken zetten we diverse methoden en technieken in, die we verwerken in rapportages en eindproducten zoals klantreizen, persona's en praatplaten. We werken in breed samengestelde teams die bestaan uit een projectleider, (senior) onderzoekers en inhoudelijke adviseurs. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn ministeries, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen en gemeenten. Voor de versterking van ons team Onderzoek zoeken wij (senior) onderzoekers. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde WO-opleiding; - Je hebt ruime onderzoekservaring opgedaan bij de overheid binnen het domein Bestuur & Organisatie; - Je hebt veel kennis van en ervaring met methodologie en onderzoekstechnieken; - Je vindt het leuk om inhoudelijk onderzoek te doen en bent ook goed in staat om als projectleider op te treden. Als projectleider ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je betrekt de klant bij elke stap van het onderzoek en begeleidt de klant naar het eindproduct.
