Ben je een onderzoeker in hart en nieren met een achtergrond in psychologie en heb je al ruime ervaring met projectmanagement en kennis van interlandelijke adoptie? Dan zoeken wij jou! Voor het team kennis en beleid van INEA, het Expertisecentrum Interlandelijke Adoptie, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren senior onderzoeker voor 24-32 uur per week (uren in overleg). Waar kom je te werken? INEA is een eigenstandig expertisecentrum rondom het thema interlandelijke adoptie. INEA staat voor Identiteit, Nazorg, Erkenning en Adoptievraagstukken. Bij INEA kunnen sinds 2023 mensen met een adoptieachtergrond en hun steunnetwerk (familie, adoptieouders In het Nederlands gebruiken we veel verschillende woorden voor ouders na afstand en adoptie. Iedereen gebruikt eigen woorden voor deze relaties en geeft een eigen betekenis aan deze woorden. Dat betekent dat twee personen hetzelfde woord op een andere manier kunnen interpreteren en gebruiken. Ook kunnen verschillende woorden, verschillende emoties oproepen. Dat betekent dat hetzelfde woord voor twee mensen anders kan voelen. Via een vragenlijst onderzocht INEA welke woorden we als expertisecentrum interlandelijke adoptie in wording het beste kunnen gebruiken. De uitkomst hiervan helpt ons om bepaalde woorden te kiezen. We zijn ons ervan bewust dat elk woord dat we uiteindelijk kiezen voor iedereen persoonlijk voordelen en nadelen kan hebben. We volgen als INEA de huidige maatschappelijke en wetenschappelijke discussie rondom het gebruik van taal met veel aandacht en blijven ons taalgebruik, in samenspraak met de Redactieraad en de Adviesraad, evalueren en waar nodig aanpassen. , vrienden en andere betrokkenen) terecht met al hun vragen over interlandelijke adoptie.
