Jouw takenpakket is breed, uitdagend en cruciaal voor ons succes. Je combineert operationele aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met strategisch inzicht.

Operationeel Management & Kwaliteit:

- On-site sturing: Je bent zeer regelmatig aanwezig tijdens de operationele pieken (inclusief nachtshifts, bv. van 03.00u tot 08.00u) om het globale overzicht te bewaren. Je stuurt niet direct de blue-collars aan, maar waakt erover dat de beloftes aan de klant worden waargemaakt.

- Evaluatie & Rapportage: Samen met de supervisor evalueer je de shiftresultaten.Je analyseert de workflow, tijden, de kwantiteit, net als de kwaliteit van het werk en het absenteïsme en koppelt dit terug naar je directe collega.

- Coaching: Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en coacht de (meewerkende) teamleads en supervisors, zeker tijdens implementatiefases. Je helpt hen bij evaluaties van medewerkers en het bijsturen op KPI's en gedrag.

Projectmanagement & Optimalisatie:

- Implementatie: Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het opstarten van nieuwe business of deelprocessen (zoals het nieuwe dossier in Oudsbergen.

- Procesoptimalisatie (Lean/Six Sigma): Je identificeert knelpunten en maakt de bedrijfsprocessen continu efficiënter en kwalitatiever.

- Planning: Je berekent en bepaalt de meest efficiënte bezetting om de KPI's te halen, zonder het team op te branden.

Strategie & Analyse:

- Cijfermatig inzicht: Je vertaalt operationele doelen naar de lange termijn, stuurt sterk op KPI's en hebt oog voor budget- en kostenbeheersing (kosten-batenanalyses).

- Crisisbeheersing: Bij uitval of verstoringen in het logistieke proces schakel je snel en neem je beslissingen, rekening houdend met het juridische kader en aansprakelijkheden. Wij zoeken iemand die we het best kunnen omschrijven als flexibel, leergierig en klaar om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.

- Profiel: Als ervaren professional breng je een sterke interesse – en bij voorkeur al wat ervaring – mee in logistieke processen en blue-collar omgevingen.

- Flexibiliteit: Je hebt een enorm flexibele geest. Je uurrooster wijkt af van de standaard (regelmatig vroege ochtend/nachtshifts, en af en toe in het weekend/vrijdagnacht). Ook qua werkplek schakel je vlot tussen Lummen, Diegem en Oudsbergen.

- Hands-on & Mensgericht: Je voelt je goed om dichtbij het team te staan en samen de klus te klaren. Je toont waardering voor het harde werk van onze arbeiders.

- Analytisch: Je bent geboeid door meten, cijfers en data.

- Talenkennis: Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, en een mondje Frans is mooi meegenomen – zeker in contact met onze talenten in Diegem. Geen stress over perfectie, zolang je maar goesting en durf toont!
