Er worden onder andere hoogwaardige mortels en 3D-geprint beton gemaakt. Je komt terecht in een nuchtere werkomgeving waar mensen samenwerken, ideeën mogen testen en graag vooruit willen. De sfeer is praktisch, helder en gericht op goed werk leveren samen. Wat ga je doen?Als Senior Operator zorg je samen met je team voor een veilig en soepel productieproces. Je werkt met verpakkingsmachines, let goed op de kwaliteit en denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Verpakkingsmachines bedienen voor verpakkingen van 5 tot 25 kg - Palletizers aansturen tijdens het productieproces - Veilig werken en risico's op tijd zien - Kwaliteit controleren volgens de afspraken - Storingen voorkomen en snel oplossen - Klein onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines - Werkplek en machines schoon en netjes houden - Meedenken over slimme verbeteringen op de werkvloer

Wat krijg je er voor terug?- Startsalaris van €19,22 bruto per uur - Met 12% vaste ploegentoeslag verdien je €21,53 bruto per uur - Op basis van 40 uur is dit €3.731 bruto per maand - 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime contract - Sterke arbeidsvoorwaarden onder een eigen cao - Goed pensioen en collectieve zorgverzekering - 3% salarisverhoging per 1 januari 2026 - Goed inwerkprogramma, zodat je snel weet waar je aan toe bent - Doorgroeikansen, ook richting leidinggeven

Wie ben jij?- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Operator, het liefst binnen de verpakkingsindustrie - Technische basis, bijvoorbeeld VAPRO A/B, of duidelijke ervaring in proces of productie - Zelfstandig machines kunnen instellen en bedienen - Kleine storingen snel kunnen oplossen - Veilig en precies werken volgens duidelijke procedures - Graag sam
