Fairway Shipping Agencies , onderdeel van Hudig & Veder , is een internationaal scheepsagentschap en logistiek dienstverlener gevestigd in Rhoon . Wij zijn actief in met name de Nederlandse en Belgische zeehavens en vormen de verbindende schakel tussen schip en wal. Hudig & Veder organiseert en begeleidt voor onze (inter)nationale klanten transport over water, weg en lucht. Van bulk en break bulk tot bijzondere transporten en complexe projectladingen. Onze kracht? Deskundigheid, loyaliteit en efficiëntie. We luisteren naar onze klanten, denken vooruit en zoeken altijd naar de oplossing die het beste past. Onze markt verandert continu. Om ons team te versterken zoeken wij een: Senior Operator WAT GA JE DOEN: Als Senior Operator ben je een belangrijke spil binnen onze agenturenafdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de havenaanlopen van onze schepen soepel en professioneel verlopen. Je: - Coördineert scheepsaanlopen van A tot Z. - Stuurt Operators en Waterklerken aan en ondersteunt hen waar nodig. - Houdt overzicht en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en voortgang. - Schakelt met scheepseigenaren, rederijen, bevrachters, charterers en operators. - Onderhoudt contacten met havenautoriteiten, loodsdiensten, douane, terminals en stuwadoors. - Lost operationele uitdagingen op en weet snel de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. - Signaleert commerciële kansen en denkt mee over nieuwe opdrachten. - Ho...
