Senior Parts Operator Nieuw Klundert € 59.700 p/j Als Senior Parts Operator zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie op de Partsafdeling soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de kwaliteit en werkt zelf actief mee. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat ieder toestelonderdeel compleet, correct en op tijd bij Service Engineers of klanten terechtkomt. Jouw sportieve uitdaging: Als Senior Parts Operator zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie op de Partsafdeling soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je bewaakt de taakverdeling, bezetting en kwaliteit van het werk en stuurt bij wanneer de workload daarom vraagt. Daarbij werk je nieuwe Parts Operators in en maak je voor de Team Leader Operations inzichtelijk wat goed gaat en waar verbetering mogelijk is. Naast jouw coördinerende werkzaamheden draai je zelf actief mee in de operatie. Je verzamelt, controleert, verpakt en verzendt onderdelen en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen compleet, correct en op tijd bij Service Engineers of eindklanten worden geleverd. Hierbij werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor veiligheid. Je houdt de voorraadniveaus scherp in de gaten, coördineert de voorraadtellingen en komt direct in actie bij beschadigde of ontbrekende onderdelen. Ook wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert of de werkdruk oploopt, blijf je flexibel en stressbestendig. Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en stemt nauw samen met de afdelingen Service en Operations. Tegelijkertijd kijk je continu waar processen slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter kunnen. Kortom, jij houdt overzicht, steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en zorgt ervoor dat het Partsteam iedere dag optimaal kan presteren.
