Als Senior Payroll Officer krijg je een sleutelrol binnen een internationale organisatie waar payroll veel verder gaat dan alleen loonverwerking. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers correct, tijdig en volgens de geldende wetgeving worden verloond.

In deze functie krijg je verantwoordelijkheid, vertrouwen en ruimte om jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen.

  • Je staat in voor de volledige payrollverwerking van verschillende landen.
  • Het zelfstandig beheren payrollprocessen en bewaakt deadlines en kwaliteit.
  • Controleren loonberekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief correct verloopt.
  • Je volgt de geldende sociale, fiscale en arbeidswetgeving nauwgezet op.
  • Behandelen van complexe payrollvragen en zoekt gericht naar oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders, HR-collega’s en externe payrollpartners.
  • Actief meedenken over hoe processen efficiënter, eenvoudiger en kwalitatief sterker kunnen.
  • Je krijgt de kans om initiatief te nemen en jouw kennis zichtbaar te maken binnen de organisatie.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen payroll.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van payrollprocessen, sociale zekerheid, fiscaliteit en arbeidswetgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het werken met payrollsystemen en HRIS-platformen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het samenwerken en communiceren met externe payrollpartners.
  • Complexe payrollvraagstukken schrikken je niet af: je analyseert de situatie en zoekt zelfstandig naar een correcte oplossing.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer je mogelijkheden tot verbetering ziet.
  • Samenwerken zit in je natuur, maar je kunt ook perfect zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving.
  • Zeer goede kennis Engels en Nederland, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
