Je combineert vaktechnische diepgang met overzicht, pakt complexe payrollvraagstukken zelfstandig op en werkt mee aan de verdere professionalisering van onze payrollorganisatie. Je werkt in een omgeving waar continuïteit en verandering naast elkaar bestaan. SportCity groeit en nieuwe clubs, overnames en veranderingen in processen en systemen zorgen regelmatig voor aanvullende payrollvraagstukken. Geen maand is hetzelfde. Dat vraagt om iemand die stevig in het vak staat, snel schakelt en ziet wat er nodig is. Als Senior Payroll Specialist ben je binnen People Services een belangrijke inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor collega's binnen Payroll, HR en Finance. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, analyseert afwijkingen, realiseert verbeteringen en helpt collega's inhoudelijk verder. Je krijgt in deze rol veel ruimte om inhoudelijk impact te maken op de verdere professionalisering van payroll binnen SportCity. Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige salarisverwerking. Je: - verwerkt en controleert personeels- en salarismutaties; - verwerkt urenbestanden en voert salarisruns uit; - voert payrollcontroles en aansluitingen uit en analyseert afwijkingen; - stemt payrollresultaten en afwijkingen af met Finance; - verzorgt rapportages, jaarafsluiting en jaarovergang; - vertaalt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk; - signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt dat verbeteringen worden uitgevoerd en...
