Join our movement Als Senior Payroll Specialist bij Elevation Group ben jij inhoudelijk eindverantwoordelijk voor de salarisadministratie van al onze 400 medewerkers in Nederland en Duitsland, en voor de landen die daar bij onze verdere groei bijkomen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, professionaliseert processen en systemen, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor directie, HR en management bij complexe vraagstukken. Met jouw diepgaande AFAS-kennis en scherpe blik op compliance bouw je aan een payrollorganisatie die klaar is voor de volgende groeifase. Elevation Group is een snelgroeiende organisatie, waarbinnen we onder verschillende labels specialist zijn in IT-staffing. Als trotse winnaar van de FD Gazellen Award voor het snelst groeiende bedrijf in de categorie groot (regio West) koppelen wij dagelijks IT-specialisten aan de mooiste opdrachtgevers. Vandaag tellen we zo'n 400 medewerkers: 150 interne collega's en 250 gedetacheerde IT-professionals, van wie er 200 in Nederland en 50 in Duitsland werken. Onze missie: binnen drie jaar groeien naar ruim 700 medewerkers in totaal.
