Senior Payroll Specialist | Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

Ben jij een payroll-expert die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt?

Voor een toonaangevende industriële organisatie actief binnen een maatschappelijk relevante sector zoeken wij een Senior Payroll Specialist. In deze functie ben je de spilfiguur achter een correcte en efficiënte loonverwerking en ondersteun je mee het dagelijkse HR-beleid.

Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel HR-team waarin samenwerking, autonomie en continue verbetering centraal staan. Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen payroll, compensation & benefits, personeelsadministratie, fleetbeheer en HR-reporting.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Payroll & Compensation & Benefits
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte, tijdige en nauwkeurige loonverwerking van arbeiders en bedienden.
  • Beheer van diverse loon- en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
  • Administratieve opvolging van het cafetariaplan en extralegale voordelen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met externe payrollpartners.
  • Tijdsregistratie
  • Beheer en opvolging van het tijdsregistratiesysteem.
  • Controle van prestaties, afwezigheden en arbeidsregelingen.
  • Ondersteuning van leidinggevenden bij vragen rond tijdsregistratie.

HR-administratie

  • Opmaak en opvolging van arbeidsovereenkomsten, addenda en sociale documenten.
  • Correct beheer van personeelsdossiers.
  • Toepassing van sociale wetgeving en sectorale afspraken.

Adviesfunctie

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden inzake payroll, arbeidsvoorwaarden en sociaal-juridische vragen.

Actieve ondersteuning bij HR-gerelateerde dossiers.

  • Fleetbeheer
  • Coördinatie van het wagenpark in samenwerking met de HR-verantwoordelijke.
  • Opvolging van leasecontracten, bestellingen en administratie.
  • Onboarding & Development
  • Ondersteuning bij het onthaal en de integratie van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Administratieve coördinatie van opleidingen, certificeringen en verplichte trainingen.
  • Optimalisatie van opleidingssubsidies en opleidingsbudgetten.

HR-rapportering & Procesverbetering

  • Opmaak van HR-rapportages en analyses.
  • Ondersteuning van HR-projecten.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van HR-processen, policies en procedures.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor in een HR-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen payroll, compensation & benefits of HR-administratie.
  • Ervaring in een omgeving met zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Kennis van verschillende paritaire comités is een sterke troef.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring met payrollsoftware zoals eBlox, SD Worx of vergelijkbare toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met tijdsregistratiesystemen zoals Protime is een plus.
  • Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, discreet, proactief en servicegericht.
  • Je bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen verschillende vestigingen binnen België.
