Wat ga je doen? - Actief bijdragen aan de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen de BSO groepen. - Collega's ondersteunen en coachen in hun professionele ontwikkeling. - Verbeterpunten signaleren en implementeren in samenwerking met de Locatie Manager. - Bijdragen aan een gestructureerde en kwalitatieve omgeving voor zowel kinderen als teamleden. - Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt voor ouders en teamleden tijdens diensten. Wat breng jij mee? - MBO-diploma kwalificerend voor de kinderopvang. - Ervaring binnen de kinderopvang en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Positieve instelling, betrokkenheid en de capaciteit om in teamverband te werken. - Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om overzicht te behouden in drukke situaties.
