Over de functie Ben jij een ervaren Pedagogisch Professional (MBO 4) die graag werkt met kinderen én energie krijgt van organiseren, coachen en ondersteunen? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor jou! In deze veelzijdige functie draag je niet alleen bij aan de ontwikkeling van kinderen, maar speel je ook een belangrijke rol binnen het team. Bij Kinderdagverblijf Kids en Ko combineer je het werken op de groep met een aantal senior taken binnen de locatie. Je zorgt voor een veilige, uitdagende omgeving waarin kinderen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Jij bent 3 tot 4 dagen flexibel inzetbaar op de verschillende groepen. Zo heb jij straks alle kennis in huis over de kinderen, ouders en collega's. Daarnaast zet je jouw ervaring in om collega's te ondersteunen en verder te helpen in hun ontwikkeling. Daarbij houd je de kwaliteit altijd in het oog en geef je collega's feedback waar nodig. Jouw seniortaken (9 uur per week) bestaan uit: - Ondersteunen van collega's bij pedagogische vraagstukken. - Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers, stagiaires en pedagogisch professionals in ontwikkeling. - Bewaken van de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de locatie - Meedenken en ondersteunen bij personeelsplanning en roosters - Signaleren van knelpunten en afstemmen met de locatiemanager - Bewaken van kwaliteit, protocollen, Arbo en veiligheid - Bijdragen aan en verbeteren van werkprocessen en kwaliteitssystemen - Voorzitten van overlegmomenten bij afwezigheid van de locatiemanager Bij ons krijg je Salaris Afhankelijk van ervaring: €2641 - €3630 (schaal 6 groepsuren) en €2990 - €3992 (schaal 7 senior taken). Daarnaast krijg je 8% vakantiegeld en 8% eindejaarsuitkering. Contract Een jaarcontract om mee te starten, en bij goed functioneren meteen uitzicht op een vast contract!...
