Senior pedagogisch professional in ontwikkeling Woerden Kwebbel, BSO Natuurlijk, BSO Staatsliedjes, BSO de Groeituin, PO de Vlindertuin 25 tot 34 uur Woerden €3.035,- tot €4.052,- Kom werken als senior pedagogisch professional in ontwikkeling bij Kind&co ludens Als senior pedagogisch professional in ontwikkeling op kinderdagverblijf Kwebbel, BSO Natuurlijk, BSO Staatsliedjes, BSO de Groeituin, PO de Vlindertuin in Woerden stap je in een ontwikkeltraject van ongeveer één jaar, waarin jij wordt klaargestoomd voor de rol van senior. Je leert on the job, volgt (waar nodig) gerichte trainingen en wordt intensief begeleid door je clustermanager en HR. Je groeit stap voor stap in je rol: van meewerkend op de groep naar het coachen van collega's en het bewaken van de pedagogische kwaliteit. Zo ontwikkel jij je tot hét aanspreekpunt binnen het team. Je werkt 25 uur per week. Een deel van je uren ben je actief in je rol als senior in ontwikkeling, daarnaast sta je ook op de groep. Juist die combinatie helpt jou om te leren in de praktijk. Wat je gaat doen In deze rol draait alles om leren door te doen én door te groeien. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en elke dag ontwikkel je nieuwe vaardigheden. - Je start je dag bijvoorbeeld met het coachen van collega's op de werkvloer en het meedenken bij pedagogische vragen - Je werkt samen met je clustermanager en leert steeds meer over roosteren, personeelsinzet en kwaliteit - Je leidt (onder begeleiding) kindbesprekingen en voert gesprekken met ouders - Je springt bij op de groep en blijft zo nauw betrokken bij de praktijk - Je groeit in het overnemen van verantwoordelijkheden, zoals het aanspreekpunt zijn bij afwezigheid van de clustermanager Gedurende het traject werk je met een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan, waarin jouw groei wordt gevolgd en geëvalueerd.
