Je coacht collega's, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles op de groep klopt. Voor de kinderen, voor ouders én voor je team. Samen met de clustermanager manage je het cluster en ben jij het aanspreekpunt als de clustermanager afwezig is. Je werkt 27 tot 36 uur per week op dinsdag, woensdag en vrijdag waarvan +- 12 senior uren, daarnaast sta je ook op de groep. Een vierde dag is in overleg bespreekbaar. Wat je gaat doen Je bent overal een beetje van, en precies dat maakt jouw werk interessant en uitdagend! Op de ene dag start je met het ondersteunen van collega's: je coacht op de werkvloer, denkt mee bij vragen en helpt iemand net dat stapje verder. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het roosteren van personeel of stem je af met je clustermanager. Op een ander moment leid je een kindbespreking, geef je een rondleiding aan ouders of spring je bij op de BSO. Want jij weet: goede opvang maak je samen, op de groep. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt snel als de dag anders loopt. Ondertussen ben jij een vast gezicht voor het team, namelijk iemand die richting geeft en rust brengt.
