Jij helpt namelijk met het HR-beleid verder vorm te geven. Na jaren in het vak weet je precies hoe organisaties functioneren, waar uitdagingen ontstaan en vooral hoe je mensen en organisatiedoelen succesvol met elkaar verbindt. Je bent dé expert op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim, wet- en regelgeving en personeelsprocessen. Tegelijkertijd ben je een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor management en collega's.
