Dann sind Sie die Idealbesetzung als 1 Senior Personalverrechner / HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) AUFGABEN

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Kunden unter Berücksichtigung unterschiedlicher Kollektivverträge

* Kompetente Ansprechperson für sämtliche Fragestellungen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

* Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden bei sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Themenstellungen

* Unterstützung bei Lohnabgabenprüfungen sowie Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Ämter

* Beratende Tätigkeiten bezüglich Nutzung unserer Plattform P&I LogaHR

* Schulung von Bestands- und Neukunden

* Unterstützungstätigkeiten in Einführungsprojekten und eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von kleinen Erweiterungsprojekten im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

PROFIL

* langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung - mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* erfolgreich absolvierte WIFI-Personalverrechnerprüfung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung

* von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse unserer P&I LogaHR Plattform

* zielgerichtete, konsequente Persönlichkeit mit viel Eigeninitiative und Freude, kontinuierlich neue Themen zu bearbeiten

* Freude am Arbeiten in einem schnelllebigen und komplexen Arbeitsumfeld

* hohes Interesse sich weiterzuentwickeln und Spaß daran, auch eigene Ideen einzubringen und neue Aufgaben zu übernehmen

* sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
