Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Senior Personalverrechner:in für Steuerberatung (w/m/d) Unternehmensdarstellung:

Für ein etabliertes österreichisches Steuerberatungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmen suchen wir eine Personalverrechnerin oder einen Personalverrechner für den Standort Wien.

Neben der eigenständigen Betreuung von Klient:innen bietet die Position die Möglichkeit, beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Personalverrechnungsteams aktiv mitzuwirken und eigene Ideen einzubringen. Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, viel Eigenverantwortung und ein wertschätzendes Umfeld.

Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Selbständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Betreuung und Beratung der Klient:innen in allen Fragen rund um die Personalverrechnung

* Beratung zu arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen

* Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und Banken

* Bearbeitung individueller Fragestellungen und Anliegen der Klient:innen

* Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Personalverrechnungsteams

* Einbringen eigener Ideen und aktive Mitgestaltung der Prozesse

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Personalverrechnung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der selbständigen Durchführung der laufenden Personalverrechnung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Beratung von Klient:innen von Vorteil

* Genaue, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit BMD

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

ARBEITSZEITAUSMASS: Voll- oder Teilzeit

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 63.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
