Mit modernsten Produktionsstätten an drei Standorten in Österreich und einem Standort in Norwegen setzt Fundermax konsequent auf nachhaltige Werkstoffe aus natürlichen Rohstoffen. 1 Senior Personalverrechner (m/w/d) Als erfahrene:r Personalverrechner:in stellst du bei uns nicht nur eine korrekte Abrechnung sicher. Du kennst die Besonderheiten eines Schichtbetriebs, bewegst dich sicher im Arbeitsrecht und erkennst gleichzeitig, wo Prozesse und Systeme besser werden können. Besonders in SAP bringst du dein Wissen aktiv ein und entwickelst unsere Payroll-Prozesse gemeinsam mit uns weiter.

AUFGABEN

* Du führst die Lohnabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen im Schichtbetrieb zuverlässig und eigenständig durch - inklusive aller Sonderformen.

* Du arbeitest mit SAP und stellst nicht nur korrekte Abrechnungen sicher, sondern hinterfragst Abläufe und bringst konkrete Verbesserungen ein.

* Du setzt Betriebsvereinbarungen um und bist Ansprechpartner:in für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen - intern wie extern.

* Du unterstützt bei internen Projekten, z. B. Optimierung von Abrechnungsprozessen oder Weiterentwicklung unseres Zeiterfassungssystems.

* Du kooperierst eng mit Kolleg:innen aus HR, Führungskräften und Behörden - immer lösungsorientiert und verlässlich.

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung

* Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, insbesondere Schicht- und Gleitzeitregelungen

* Erfahrung mit Betriebsvereinbarungen in einem industriellen Umfeld

* Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Affinität zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen
