Für ein etabliertes und erfolgreiches Unternehmen in Wien suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Senior Personalverrechnung.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie eigenständig die Abwicklung der laufenden Personalverrechnung und sind eine kompetente Ansprechperson für interne sowie externe Ansprechpartner:innen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten sowie laufende Personaladministration

* Bearbeitung von arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Kommunikation mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Ämtern

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, Meldungen und Reports

* Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte in personalverrechnungsrelevanten Themen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und kollektivvertraglicher Bestimmungen

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Personalverrechnung

* Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Personalverrechnung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Erfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer Personalverrechnungsfälle von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Personalverrechnungsprogrammen und MS Office

* Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit

* Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 50.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
