Dit ga je doen De gemeente Weert staat voor een grote opgave: de komende jaren 4.650 woningen realiseren en daarmee 10.000 nieuwe inwoners verwelkomen. Als senior planeconoom geef jij stevige financiële en strategische richting aan die groei. In deze opdracht ligt de focus op het brengen van overzicht, onderbouwing en overtuiging in de financiële kant van ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Je pakt onder andere dit op: - Vertalen van financiële en ruimtelijke keuzes naar strategisch advies voor projecten en besluitvorming - Doorrekenen en beoordelen van initiatieven op haalbaarheid, risico's en maatschappelijk en financieel rendement - Onderhandelen met marktpartijen en andere publieke partners, zoals gebieds en projectontwikkelaars - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor beleidsmatige keuzes op het gebied van grondzaken - Verbinden van beleid, financiën en uitvoering en inzichtelijk maken van financiële consequenties van beleidskeuzes - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering en doorontwikkeling van het cluster Grondzaken Je komt terecht binnen de afdeling Ruimte, Economie en Vastgoed en maakt onderdeel uit van team Vastgoedbeheer en Grondzaken: een hechte, professionele club collega's die elkaar scherp houdt en makkelijk met elkaar schakelt.
