Binnen Pleyade maken onze zorgteams zoveel mogelijk zelf hun roosters. Wanneer zij de bezetting niet volledig rond krijgen, ondersteunt het Flexbureau met aanvullende personele inzet. Teams zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor hun rooster. Jij helpt hen die verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je denkt mee, adviseert en ondersteunt, maar durft ook kritisch te zijn en teams aan te spreken wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met de vraag "hoe krijgen we deze dienst gevuld?",, maar ook met "waarom ontstaat dit knelpunt en hoe kunnen we het de volgende keer voorkomen? " Als Senior Planner Flexbureau zorg jij samen met je collega's dat dit proces goed verloopt. Je bent een ervaren gesprekspartner voor zorgteams, flexmedewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners. Je kent het vak van plannen en roosteren en begrijpt de dynamiek van de ouderenzorg. Daardoor kijk je verder dan één openstaande dienst. Je ziet patronen, herkent knelpunten en weet wanneer snel handelen nodig is én wanneer een structurele oplossing beter is. Je houdt overzicht over de openstaande personeelsvraag en beschikbare capaciteit binnen Pleyade. Daarbij maak je voortdurend de afweging tussen continuïteit van zorg, deskundigheid, beschikbaarheid, duurzame inzetbaarheid en kosten.
