En weet jij als geen ander hoe je collega's inspireert, ondersteunt en naar een hoger niveau tilt? Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven. Jij bent onze verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgever, betrokken partijen en de interne organisatie. Initiatieven vanuit acquisitie vertaal je naar haalbare plannen. Je laat je inspireren door de omgeving, architectuur en stedenbouwkundige samenhang. Samen met collega's en externe partners werk je het plan stap voor stap uit richting bouwvoorbereiding. Je stuurt zelfstandig het volledige team aan, denkt vooruit, signaleert optimalisaties en dankzij jouw scherpe blik en voorbereiding is alles vooraf geregeld technisch, financieel én procedureel. Je bent daarbij als projectverantwoordelijke het eerste aanspreekpunt van de opdrachtgever. Als senior neem je bovendien een coachende rol op je. Je begeleidt planontwikkelaars in hun vak, stimuleert samenwerking en draagt bij aan de professionele ontwikkeling van het team. Je ziet kansen in de markt en weet deze om te zetten in projecten die echt gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van projectinitiatieven naar haalbare en goed doordachte nieuwbouwplannen. - Aansturing van adviseurs, architecten en interne teams. - Onderhandelen met opdrachtgevers en bouwpartners over contracten en samenwerkingsafspraken. - Uitwerken van plannen tot en met de bouwvoorbereidingsfase. - Optimaliseren van ontwerp, techniek, kosten en planning binnen de gestelde kaders. - Aanvragen van vergunningen en begeleiden van het planproces. - Aansturen, coachen...
