The posting

Voor een toonaangevende producent binnen de voedingsindustrie in de regio Evergem zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Plant Controller. In deze rol krijg je de kans om een directe impact te hebben op de financiële en operationele prestaties van meerdere productievestigingen. Je komt terecht in een internationale organisatie waar finance een strategische rol speelt en waar je als business partner van operations actief meebouwt aan efficiëntie, groei en verdere professionalisering.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bent de financiële business partner van het plant management en ondersteunt strategische en operationele beslissingen met diepgaande analyses.
  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige P&L van twee productievestigingen en bewaakt de financiële resultaten.
  • Je analyseert kostprijzen, marges, manufacturing variances en productiviteits KPI's en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je bouwt business cases uit voor investeringen en CAPEX projecten en adviseert het management bij strategische beslissingen.
  • Je coördineert het budget en forecastproces en volgt de financiële prestaties nauwgezet op.
  • Je ontwikkelt managementrapporteringen en dashboards die het management ondersteunen bij het nemen van beslissingen.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met operations en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productiesites om processen te analyseren en optimalisaties te realiseren.
  • Je stuurt een Plant Controller aan en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van de controllingorganisatie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma binnen een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 6 jaar ervaring binnen een controllingfunctie in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Je combineert financiële expertise met een sterke business mindset.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring en weet managementteams op een constructieve manier uit te dagen.
  • Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen tussen 2 productievestigingen in Oost en West Vlaanderen.
