Dat zijn de vraagstukken waar jij als Senior Planvormer bij Van Aarle mee aan de slag gaat. Je brengt de technische staat van vastgoed in beeld, analyseert risico's en ontwikkelt onderhoudsscenario's die aansluiten bij de ambities van onze opdrachtgevers. Je vertaalt complexe informatie naar heldere adviezen en realistische begrotingen waarmee opdrachtgevers verder kunnen. Als Senior Planvormer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, vastgoeddata en uitvoering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van gebouwinspecties en conditiemetingen volgens NEN 2767. - Het ontwikkelen van onderhoudsscenario's, MJOP's en RGS-plannen. - Het opstellen van begrotingen en meerjarenonderhoudsramingen. - Het inzichtelijk maken van risico's, prestaties en onderhoudskosten. - Het adviseren van opdrachtgevers over onderhoud, verduurzaming en vastgoedprestaties. - Het begeleiden van collega's en delen van jouw kennis en ervaring. Zo help je onze opdrachtgevers om grip te houden op de kwaliteit, prestaties en toekomstbestendigheid van hun vastgoed. Wat breng je mee? Met jou maken we impact - Als calculator heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in vastgoedonderhoud en/of planvorming - Ervaring met RGS en conditiemetingen (NEN2767) - Je kunt technische informatie vertalen naar een helder scenario - Je bent analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen - Ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een pré - Je werkt zelfstandig, maar schakelt makkelijk met collega's en opdrachtgevers Wat ...
