Opdracht omschrijving Ga tijdelijk aan de slag bij Wetterskip Fryslân en duik als senior planvormer in de ontwikkeling van ons watersysteem. Je draagt bij aan een veilige en leefbare provincie. Voor mens, landbouw en natuur. Voor huidige en volgende generaties. En wat doe jij morgen met water? Ter versterking van onze ontwikkelcapaciteit zoeken wij twee senior planvormers. In deze functie vormt de senior planvormer de verbindende schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering en beheer en fungeert deze regelmatig als eerste aanspreekpunt voor samenwerkingspartners. Complexe wateropgaven in zowel het landelijk als het bebouwd gebied worden vertaald naar haalbare en passende maatregelen. Daarnaast levert de senior planvormer een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan gebiedsprocessen, projecten, verkenningen en peilbesluiten, evenals aan wateradviezen voor externe partijen. Verantwoordelijkheden De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende werkzaamheden: - Meewerken binnen het team planvormers en bijdragen aan de gezamenlijke opgaven en doelstellingen. - Leveren van inhoudelijke bijdragen aan complexe, integrale vraagstukken op het gebied van watersystemen, waterveiligheid en peilbeheer, zowel in het landelijk als in het bebouwd gebied. - Opstellen van inhoudelijke onderbouwingen voor peilbesluiten en adviseren bij vergunningstrajecten. - Vertegenwoordigen en borgen van de belangen van het waterschap binnen gebiedsprocessen en bij ontwikkelingen van externe partijen. - Afstemmen en samenwerken met projectteams, overheden, initiatiefnemers en andere betrokken partijen om tot gedragen en passende oplossingen te komen.
