Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering en schakel- en verdeelinrichtingen in Zundert ben je als Senior PLC Applicatie Engineer het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor software en procesbesturing. Je vertaalt functionele specificaties en klantgesprekken naar een technisch ontwerp en een uitvoerbare projectplanning. Daarbij overzie je de samenhang tussen PLC, SCADA en DCS en bewaak je hoe de software aansluit op de werking van machines en processen. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je ontwerpkeuzes met de klant, begeleid je engineers bij de softwareontwikkeling en werk je samen aan interne tests. Vervolgens neem je de besturing met je projectteam gestructureerd in bedrijf op locatie. Je werkt met Agile/SCRUM-methodieken en combineert technische verdieping met het begeleiden van collega's. Studiemogelijkheden, een mentor en individuele coaching ondersteunen je ontwikkeling richting Lead Engineer of Project Manager. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van functionele specificaties en klantwensen naar een technisch ontwerp. - Opstellen van de projectplanning en afstemmen van ontwerpkeuzes met de klant. - Inhoudelijk begeleiden van engineers tijdens de softwareontwikkeling. - Uitwerken van besturingssoftware voor PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-systemen. - Intern testen van de software en toetsen aan de functionele eisen. - Installeren en gestructureerd in bedrijf nemen van besturingen bij klanten. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of Technische Informatica. - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring en gedegen inzicht in PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-systemen. - Je hebt proceskennis van food & beverage, water & infra en/of chemie. - Ervaring met ABB System 800xA en/of ABB SattLine en het aansturen van engineers is een pré. - Je communiceert helder, werkt goed samen en beheerst Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift. - Je bent bereid bij klanten te werken en hebt de ambitie door te..
