Voor een toonaangevend accountantskantoor in Antwerpen zoeken we een Senior/Principal Adviser Accountancy die verder wil gaan dan het klassieke dossierbeheer. Je krijgt een eigen klantenportefeuille, adviseert ondernemers op financieel en fiscaal vlak en begeleidt tegelijk junior collega's.

Je komt terecht in een digitale en flexibele omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar je via een persoonlijk groeipad verder kan evolueren in je carrière.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille van KMO's en vrije beroepen.
  • Je volgt de boekhouding, accountancy, fiscaliteit en het vennootschapsrecht van je klanten op.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt en geeft proactief advies op basis van de cijfers en noden van je klanten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit en denkt mee met ondernemers op lange termijn.
  • Je begeleidt junior accountants, delegeert taken en helpt hen groeien.
  • Je werkt samen met managers, partners en collega's uit andere expertisedomeinen om klanten een brede dienstverlening te bieden.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over de verdere groei en werking van het kantoor.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, TEW, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt een ITAA-titel of hebt de ambitie om deze op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met ondernemers.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, neemt initiatief en deelt graag je kennis met collega's.
  • Je hebt interesse in een digitale en moderne manier van werken.
