De organisatie zet sterk in op persoonlijke groei, coaching en kwalitatieve dienstverlening, waardoor je als Senior/Principal Adviser Accountancy zowel inhoudelijk als adviserend impact maakt. Je werkt in een full‑service context waarin accountancy, fiscaliteit en vennootschapsrecht samenkomen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor een eigen klantenportefeuille, voornamelijk KMO’s en vrije beroepen.
  • Junior accountants constructief en motiverend aansturen.
  • Dossiers opvolgen binnen boekhouding, accountancy, fiscaliteit en vennootschapsrecht.
  • Een adviserende rol opnemen naar klanten toe.
  • Managers en vennoten proactief adviseren.

Deze rol biedt de mogelijkheid om als Senior/Principal Adviser Accountancy te groeien binnen een ambitieuze en mensgerichte organisatie.

  • Eerste ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor met KMO‑klanten.
  • Natuurlijke coach die juniors graag begeleidt.
  • Vermogen om werk te delegeren en overzicht te bewaren.
  • Sterke gesprekspartner voor klanten.
  • Positieve ingesteldheid en can‑do mentaliteit.
  • ITAA‑titel of bereidheid om deze op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Diploma Fiscale Hogeschool, Accountancy‑Fiscaliteit, TEW, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
