Senior Privacy Officer Functieomschrijving Wil jij bouwen aan een privacyaanpak die niet alleen klopt op papier, maar ook werkt in de praktijk? In deze senior rol krijg je de ruimte om richting te geven, te verbinden en privacy zichtbaar verder te brengen binnen Zorg en Zekerheid. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Privacy Officer heb je een brede en afwisselende rol. Zorg en Zekerheid werkt met veel gevoelige gegevens, zoals medische gegevens en BSN's van onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat privacy stevig, praktisch en toekomstgericht is ingericht. Je houdt overzicht, brengt structuur aan en helpt de organisatie bij complexe privacyvraagstukken. Je voert regie op privacyprocessen en schakelt makkelijk tussen strategische, tactische en operationele onderwerpen. Je helpt de organisatie om verantwoordelijkheden duidelijker in te richten, zodat privacyvraagstukken op de juiste plek worden opgepakt. Je coördineert, adviseert, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor samenhang. Denk aan datalekken, DPIA's, het verwerkersregister, privacy statements en vragen over nieuwe ontwikkelingen zoals AI. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Soms vraagt een datalek om snelle afstemming en duidelijke prioriteiten, soms werk je aan beleid, governance of stuurinformatie. Jij weet hoofd- en bijzaken te onderscheiden, stelt de juiste vragen en vertaalt feiten naar een heldere juridische beoordeling. Ook ben je een stevige sparringpartner voor management, directie, divisies, privacycoördinatoren en de functionaris gegevensbescherming (FG). Je helpt knelpunten op te lossen, vergroot de privacyvolwassenheid van de organisatie en geeft richting aan de verdere professionalisering van het Privacy Management Systeem. Dat doe je door het plannen, verdelen en bewaken van privacyactiviteiten binnen Zorg en Zekerheid. Kortom: jij brengt privacy zichtbaar verder binnen een organisatie waar het onderwerp ertoe doet.
