Senior Privacy Officer Pijnacker Zuid Holland Freelance Een audit kondigt zich aan. Het bewijs ligt nog verspreid. Een groeiende gemeente in Zuid-Holland wil aantoonbaar voldoen aan de Wet politiegegevens en de AVG. Binnen het team concerncontrol is daarvoor iemand nodig die de organisatie klaarmaakt en de basis bouwt. Jouw opdracht. De opdracht is tijdelijk en resultaatgericht, in twee fasen. In fase 1 begeleid je de organisatie naar Wpg-audit readiness, zet je een verwerkingsregister op en ontwikkel je privacybeleid. In fase 2 zorg je voor implementatie en borging. Je werkt zelfstandig, adviseert bij privacyvraagstukken en stemt af met de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming. Wat we van je vragen - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Privacy Officer, privacyadviseur of privacyconsultant, waarvan minimaal 3 jaar binnen een gemeente of overheidsinstantie - Ervaring met AVG en Wpg binnen een overheidsorganisatie - Ervaring met privacy- of Wpg-audits: voorbereiding, opvolging en het opbouwen en beoordelen van controledossiers - Ervaring met DPIA's, verwerkingsregisters, datalekken en privacy governance - Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar in fase 1 - Een afgeronde hbo-bachelor in juridische, bestuurskundige of informatiekundige richting, of vergelijkbaar Het verschil van FutureXL.
