Binnen De Haagse Hogeschool werken we dagelijks met grote hoeveelheden persoonsgegevens in onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering. Als Senior Privacy Officer ben jij de centrale regisseur van het privacy domein en het strategisch-tactisch aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je vervult een duidelijke regierol binnen het privacydomein en coördineert het Privacy Team. Je zorgt voor overzicht, prioritering en voortgang en biedt daarmee houvast aan collega's, projectleiders en management. Je stuurt op het structureel aanpakken van knelpunten en het realiseren van een realistische planning. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het privacybeleid en de meerjarenroadmap voor privacyvolwassenheid. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen beleid, processen en uitvoering en zorgt dat privacymaatregelen aantoonbaar worden gerealiseerd binnen onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming en Informatiebeveiliging. In deze rol: - Coördineer en stuur je het Privacy Team op gezamenlijke doelstellingen; - Houd je regie op het privacybeleid, standaarden, richtlijnen en procedures; - Stel je de meerjarenroadmap privacyvolwassenheid op en bewaak je prioriteiten, planning en voortgang; - Fungeer je als strategisch en tactisch aanspreekpunt voor privacy binnen de organisatie; - Adviseer en informeer je de portefeuillehouder van het College van Bestuur en het College van Bestuur; - Bewaak je de ...
