Opdrachtomschrijving De gemeente zoekt een zelfstandig werkende senior Privacy Officer voor het realiseren van WPG-audit readiness en het opzetten van een volledig en toetsbaar controledossier. De opdracht omvat het opzetten en opleveren van een verwerkingsregister dat voldoet in opzet, bestaan en werking, en het ontwikkelen van privacybeleid dat gereed is voor bestuurlijke besluitvorming. De opdrachtnemer ontwikkelt tevens een raamwerk voor beoordeling en toepassing van verwerkersovereenkomsten en adviseert over privacyvraagstukken, inclusief datalekmeldingen en DPIA-trajecten. De opdracht kent concrete deadlines: privacybeleid uiterlijk 1 december 2026 en aantoonbare WPG-audit readiness uiterlijk 31 december 2026, en wordt uitgevoerd in twee fasen (fase 1: 3 maanden; fase 2: optioneel maximaal tweemaal 3 maanden voor implementatiebegeleiding). De uitvoering gebeurt op basis van professionele zelfstandigheid; de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming fungeert als opdrachtgever/aanspreekpunt voor afstemming over voortgang, risico's en resultaten. Vereist profiel - Senior niveau met aantoonbare ervaring in privacy governance, WPG- en AVG-toetsingen en auditvoorbereiding. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en onderhouden van verwerkingsregisters, DPIA's en het afhandelen van datalekmeldingen. - Kennis van en ervaring met opstellen van privacybeleid, implementatie van controle- en borgingsmaatregelen en opstellen/toetsen van verwerkersovereenkomsten. - Sterke advies- en communicatieve vaardigheden, vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en inrichting van aanpak en planning te bepalen; ervaring met stakeholdermanagement binnen gemeentelijke context is een pré. - Resultaatgericht, aantoonbare ervaring met het behalen van auditreadiness en het begeleiden van organisatorische borging van privacymaatregelen. - Beschikbaarheid voor in eerste instantie 3 maanden met mogelijkheid tot verlenging (max. tweemaal 3 maanden); relevante opleiding op H...
