In Oosterhout werkt een team van procesoperators en technische specialisten samen aan de continue verbetering van productieprocessen. Medewerkers volgen gestandaardiseerde procedures voor het monitoren van procesparameters en het nemen van monsters om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. De werkomgeving vraagt om praktische inzet en technisch inzicht bij ombouwwerkzaamheden, het instellen van machines en het begeleiden van meng- en droogprocessen. Er is aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid en voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling binnen de organisatie. Deze functie biedt een salaris tussen €2900 - €5400 per maand en ruimte voor doorgroei in verantwoordelijkheid en expertise. Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn onder andere een pensioenregeling met een lage werknemersbijdrage en een reiskostenvergoeding. De productieomgeving vereist werken in ploegendiensten en medewerkers krijgen begeleiding en scholing om veilig en efficiënt te werken. Functie-inhoud - Je zorgt voor een goede voortgang van de productielijnen en minimaliseert afkeur. - Stel je machines correct in en voer ombouwwerkzaamheden uit wanneer nodig. - Bewaak je procesparameters en signaleer afwijkingen tijdig. - Neem monsters en voer testwerkzaamheden uit om kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Grijp tijdig in bij storingen en los eenvoudige storingen op of initieer vervolgacties. - Ondersteun en begeleid productiemedewerkers en draag bij aan verbeteringsvoorstellen. - Voer eerste lijn onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen, en ben verantwoordelijk voor een com.

- MBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring als procesoperator op senior niveau binnen de maakindustrie of procesindustrie. - Beschik over proceskennis en technisch inzicht. - Heftruckcertificaat is vereist. - Ervaring met drogen, mengen en extruderen is een pré. - Gevoel voor veiligheid, orde en netheid en ervaring met schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in productieomgevingen. - Goede kennis van Nederlands of Engels en vaardig in administratieve handelingen.
