Locatie: Schiphol. Deze organisatie opereert binnen de procesindustrie en richt zich op het efficiënt en veilig produceren van chemische producten. De organisatie werkt volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en zet industriële processen en automatisering in om een continue productie te waarborgen. In de productielocatie nabij Schiphol is de rol van operatoren centraal bij het monitoren en optimaliseren van batch- en continue processen. Voor een Senior Proces Operator liggen de verantwoordelijkheden bij processturing, foutopsporing en het begeleiden van minder ervaren collega’s. Het salaris bedraagt €2900 - €5400 bruto per maand. Functie-inhoud - Bewaken en optimaliseren van productieprocessen als Senior Proces Operator - Monitoren en sturen van procesparameters om productkwaliteit en veiligheid te waarborgen - Uitvoeren van procescontroles en probleemoplossing tijdens productie - Samenwerken met onderhoud en procesengineering om storingen te verhelpen en verbeteringen door te voeren - Begeleiden en coachen van minder ervaren operatoren om kennisdeling te bevorderen - Bedien en stel PLC/DCS/SCADA-systemen in en stel recepten en procesparameters af als Senior Proces Operator - Voer eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals reinigen, smeren en afstellen en los kleine storingen zelfstandig op

Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in Chemische Technologie, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Senior Proces Operator of als procesoperator in de procesindustrie - Praktische kennis van procesautomatisering en procesbesturing - Ervaring met veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden - Oplossingsgerichte werkhouding en sterke probleemopsporingsvaardigheden - Bereidheid om 40 uur per week te werken en flexibel in werktijden indien nodig
